We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Junior Associate

Depending on the candidate’s experience, a successful candidate will begin as a trainee and be eligible for a full-time contract as a junior associate after graduation, or will start directly as an associate.

Successful candidates will contribute, manage and lead to the completion of projects by:

  1. Completing projects with a grasp of client needs and managing resource;
  2. Crafting game plans to successfully deliver completed work product to clients;
  3. Managing and reviewing primary and secondary research;
  4. Preparing and delivering formal and informal advice;
  5. Working closely with foreign and Chinese team members; and
  6. Managing client expectations.

Criteria
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Complete professional training program and improve long-term professional skills;
  2. At least bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited PRC university;
  3. Passed Bar Exam;
  4. Strong research and analytical skills;
  5. Goal orientation;
  6. Detail orientation;
  7. Superior communication skills, and team spirit;
  8. Strong verbal and written English; and
  9. Microsoft proficient.
